One year later, the commercial real estate market has not significantly improved.  As these unprecedented conditions continue, what are we as real estate attorneys and practitioners to do to prove eroding prices in markets where there may not be actual transactions?  What theories can be advanced to address these issues as we attempt to continue to reduce real estate assessments before unfavorable courts and administrative bodies?

As always, this is an invitation only event that will allow attendees to collaborate with the top property tax attorneys in North American and brainstorm solutions with your peers. To Seminar Information

July 2010

John Garippa, President of The American Property Tax Counsel, is pleased to announce our 15th annual APTC seminar.

"The worst is behind us" - declared by media and a few government officials may indicate that the storm is winding down, especially since there are a few signs confirming such optimistic belief. But is it really over, or maybe the worst is still ahead? At our 16th annual seminar, we will try to challenge all those questions and analyze the current situation: what did we learn? And what can be down with this knowledge? We will share tactics, plans, real-life tips and strategies on how to take what we already know, and apply it to a completely new reality.

This is an invitation only event.
